Launch
We need the dimensions of your product and, sooner or later, a sample. We then produce 2d drawings of the proposed case. We typically work with the customer’s branding or marketing department to determine branding, colourway and logo placements. Almost any pattern can be made on the external hard shell, and the finished product can be made in almost any colour. Logos can be affixed, printed or incorporated into the shell. Hardware can be customized.
Sampling
Once the 2d drawings are finalized, we will produce test molds to see how the product looks. The definition of these molds are not as crisp as the final production aluminium molds but are good enough to get an overall feel for how the product will look and perform. We can at this stage make adjustments to the drawings to ensure the final molds are suitable.
Production
Once the samples are approved, we then proceed to make the final production aluminium molds, and order materials, including any customized hardware. Production normally takes about 90 days depending upon the quantity.
